Dear Recipient of Unsolicited E-mail:

There appears to be some malicious person or organization that is sending out unsolicited e mails using our domain address. These e-mails may contain spam, pornography and or viruses.

If you do receive such an e mail, DO NOT OPEN IT! If you right click (in Outlook Express) and look at the Properties of the e-mail, you can detect the original mail server of the sender.

As a rule, it is good practice to follow an e mail protocol:

  • Do not open ANY attachment to an e mail. Even if you know who it is from or
the sender says "it’s o.k." It is possible that even "jpg" images can be linked and can carry
    Trojan type worm viruses.
  • Always run your anti-virus program to scan both incoming and outgoing
e-mails. You may be unknowingly sending a virus to everyone on your address
    list.
  • Many e-mail programs give you the option to block a sender. Again, right
click and look under the Properties of an e-mail to find out the origin or
e- mail server of the sender.
  • Always frequently update your virus definitions from your anti-virus
    software provider.

Regretfully, other than to offer you this warning, we are powerless to do anything else to stop this from happening.

Sincerely,

Dark-fish
